Spartan 1 is a light infantry platoon.
Spartan 2 is a light infantry platoon.
Aviation utilizes a number of rotary airframes to provide CAS, logistics and transportation
S7 medical is a squad sized element which handles medical at the platoon and squad level
FO's are the link between ground and aviation, they manage LZ's, fire missions, and platoon logistics
The platoon is where we make our money. It consists of three rifle squads and a weapons squad.
The squad is the most decisive element on the battlefield and is the heart of maneuver warfare tactics.
The fireteam is the heart and soul of S7. Shitty fireteams make for shitty ops, so we put a lot of love into our teams.
Dustoff is the callsign for our
UH-60 Black Hawks. These guys are the jack of all trades from medevac and logistics drops to get your sorry ass too and from the battlefield.
These guys are our littlebirds. We use the MH-6 as our primary close support asset. You need an enemy removed? Tell one of the sabres to send it.
For those unpleasant days just call 1800-107-ROGUE to remove those pesky T-72s. Rogue is the callsign used for our AH-64 Apaches. Apaches are our primary armor defeating platform. As a light infantry company, we can find ourselves outmatched by a mechanized opponent. Rogue changes all that. When these guys are on the scene the odds are always in our favor.
Section 7 is a casual milsim community with a focus on ARMA 3 and something we invented, "ChillSim"
We have two simple rules:
1) Don't be a dick
2) Don't be a bitch
No need to call anyone "Sir"
Training is not required but encouraged. Someone is always willing to train with you. Our Doctrine is based on real-world military tactics with most of higher leadership being either active or retired infantry.
Operations every Sunday at 7 PM EST (12 AM GMT)
